This is non-dancing baloney that just looks like it’s dancing. The motion is an illusion. The more you move your focus, the more it seems to move. Focus on any part of the image for a few seconds and it stops. It works with printouts, too. If you have trouble seeing the motion, try this larger version.

I made the stupid mistake of setting this one as my desktop image. Try looking at icons when the background is twisting. After 1 day I removed it.
I set it as my background when I saw it, too. Oops.
