Dear Lazyweb,
Melissa wanted me to ask if anyone could recommend a good source of birthday cakes. We’ve been getting them from the grocery store, and wanted to try something a little nicer. It can be in Knox or Blount county either one.

I’m a big fan of Rita’s Bakery, especially their thumbprint cookies.
I love the cakes that Eva’s catering makes, they have a lot of southern classics like hummingbird cake and caramel cake. The only caveat is that I don’t think they decorate them but I could be wrong.
