The official release date of “The Wire” Season 5 isn’t until tomorrow, but I just got email notice from Amazon that my pre-order has shipped.

I’m starting from Ep.1 and doing the whole thing again.
I’m so excited!
…and probably a huge loser, but oh well.
I’d kinda like to start from the beginning. We’ve sort of skipped around in the re-runs on BET. For every other show like this we’ve mostly watched on DVD, which makes it easier to follow the story lines from the beginning.
