Nikon D90 revealed

The official announcement isn’t until tomorrow, but USA Today spilled the beans in the major media. Even before that the specs were all over the Internet. List price is $1,299 with the 18-105mm VR kit lens.
Chase Jarvis has posted a hands-on review and sample pics. Updates at Nikon Rumors. The D90 is compatible with Nikon’s new GP-1 GPS unit.

Want, Need. There’s my Camcorder AND my next SLR, folks.
It’s tempting me something awful. I need a better short zoom and that included lens could be just the ticket. I’m hoping this time year I’ll be buying one.
