Color perception test at xrite.com. A perfect score is zero (no mistakes) and a bad score can be over 100. I got a 4, which surprised me a little. I didn’t think my color perception was that good.

Hmmm, I got an 11, all with the same 1 point off errors, in three bands on the right side of the spectrum.
I’ve got pretty good color discrimination and I knew it; but the monitor on my laptop is TN film (like many LCDs) and uncalibrated. With a calibrated monitor using a more accurate color technology I think I could get down a bit lower.
I got an 88.
heh.
78, but my color perception is actually worse than demonstrated in the test.
What does this test look like to somebody with tetrachromacy? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrachromacy
Interesting. I got a 27. The blues threw me… they hurt my eyes looking at them.
I got a perfect score. I wonder if that is unusual. My husband thinks I’m a tetrachromat…lol.
I got a perfect score!!!! It was acutally very easy! Im with Lindsay, I wonder if it is common that people get a perfect score.
I got a 4. I’ve always known I have good color vision (got an A+ in a color class in college). When I’m shopping, I can often match colors with things I have at home. I had an eye exam last month and the dr. did a laser scan of my retina. He found that I have more than the average number of cones. Maybe that helps?
I got a zero, that test felt really easy though. what does that mean?
I got a 22. Not bad??
I got a perfect score too. It wasn’t all that difficult to do.
i got a 6 and i am a guy… i knew something was wrong in the violet/purple category, but i couldest seem to figure out where exactly one color went. i saw that it was wrong, but i couldest tell why. anyone else like this?
“I got a perfect score too. It wasn’t all that difficult to do.”
Thing is, getting 20/20 on an eye test isn’t all that difficult, either, if your vision is perfect. Either ya got it or ya don’t.
Yep I got a zero, wouldn’t say it was easy though. Took me 5-7 minutes to do.
I was trying to explain color vision to my oldest daughter when I remembered this test. I scored fairly poorly on it when I took it two years ago but I got a zero tonight. What’s the difference besides the passage of time? Well I tried something different. I covered my left eye and only identified colors using my right eye. My left eye is partially paralyzed and its vision is poor. Best I can remember I’ve always had poor color vision which is pretty bad if you are an artist. But now I find I have “perfect” color vision in my right eye? Something weird is going on with that.
It would be badass if you did all your graphics work wearing an eyepatch.
I could be like the Nick Fury of painting with my brush extending from a 45. That would rock

Wow.. this test is really frustrating when you have palinopsia.. Got a 0 though!
16; not bad, but not a 0. most trouble going from blue to purple, ironic considering that’s the range people need my help with the most.
I know I have good color and hue discrimination (and I often have to fix mistakes in colors a friend of mine keeps making), but my screen is sub-par.
didn’t help that I keep unfocusing if I stare at bright objects for too long.
I got a 4… sad I didn’t get a zero though. Annoying thing is I could tell part of my order was wrong but I just couldn’t figure out where the piece went so i ended up just giving up and moving on…
Hurray! I got a 0! Pretty good for a person with poor vision!
I got 0 – I’m guessing that’s a good sign? I have 20/10 vision though (had laser), so maybe it’s cheating?
I got a 0! Seems to be quite a few people getting this score…
i got a 4 in the blue spectrum
I got a 7. I expected as much.
Is it influenced by backlighting or screen type(matte vs glossy)?
