“You are, all of you, beneath me. I am a god you dull creature, and I will not be bullied.”
– Loki
What makes it good is what happens to Loki right after that. I’m also a fan of Cap’s “Hulk – Smash.”

As I recall, he didn’t manage to finish the word “bullied” either.
I will say that the Avengers is proof of why Whedon also would need to direct any Monster Hunter International film. No one else could do the required essemble cast justice.

Speaking of Loki …
Thor: He’s my brother!
Black Widow: He’s killed 80 people in two days!
Thor: He’s adopted
Pure Whedon!
“Better clench up, Legolas.”
And I got a kick out of it when Ironman called Thor “Point Break.”
Hell, I laughed all the way through it. I’ll be seeing it again.
The Avengers movie has done what I would have thought impossible: It’s turned me into a Hulk fan. Three of the best moments of the movie belong to him, and he doesn’t say an intelligible word in any of them.
There’s a hero in the Marvel universe named Doc Sampson. He has Hulk-like strength without Hulking out. He’s strong all the time and keeps his intelligence. He’s got a better power and he’s more of a guy you’d want on a superhero team, but he’s not nearly as interesting as a character as old smash-em-up.
