The burnt hotdog evolved in the ocean millions of years ago. This mutation later provided the perfect camouflage to protect it at Boy Scout camps and tailgate parties.

    Sea Cucumbers are also in some places known as Sea Dicks, or so I learned in Cyprus when I worked there as a diving instructor. The reason being that if you pick one up and shake it vigorously, sticky white stuff comes out (it’s a defense mechanism).

    They’re bottom feeders, they eat the shit of everything else in the ocean. Some species further have a symbiotic crab living in their anus which eats their shit in turn.

    Oh and it’s a food item in much of asia…
