MSNBC: U.S. decided to withdraw air marshals, but reversed policy with 24 hours. The decision to withdraw air marshals was motivated over budget constraints. There were hundreds of us. I graduated Maryville (TN) High School and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (with a degree in biology).
