I doubt he has any medical problems. Its "unconfirmed" and if poor saddam does have cancer CNN be all over the story and milking it for every advertise dollar it can get and at the end of the story say "CNN Exclusive." If saddam did have cancer, I can assure you that he will get the best medical coverage the American tax payer cant afford but will buy him. After all why support poor tax paying Americans who cant afford health care when you can pay for a dictator who lived in palaces that are size of cities. Beside it be fun saying "my tax dollar paid for a brutal dictators chemotherapy.
