You are correct about earthlink outsourcing to India. I recently had a problem and went thru 5 of their service techs' in their live chat. What a joke. They must have a book and each one will give you the prescribed answers as the book has them listed for what they understand to be your problem. Ended up blindly wading thru and fixing my own problem. However, we don't need to learn to speak Indian, couldn't even if you wanted to unless you wanted to learn 14 different languages. Most of the Indian people cannot converse with each other unless they use a common language called "Indie". They are required to take this language in school for 10 years, however they must take English for 11 yrs. They also must conduct all business in English. Great Britian made these laws when they were in power and the laws still apply. When they give you that "I don't understand B.S. they do unless they never went to school. Interesting, they are the only underdeveloped nation on earth that does not take finicial aid from the USA, and at one point in time they were the only ethnic group in the US that didn't have anyone on welfare.
