E-commerce > Google's Gmail Trademark in Dispute

Google forgot to register Gmail as a trademark, and now three organizations have applied for the trademark ahead of them. This comes on the heels of the news that Google may have to delay their IPO because of an interview the company's founders gave to Playboy during the quiet period running up to the IPO.

One Slashdot reader has the problem solved: "Rename G-mail to G-spot. Fits in nicely with their new playboy image as well."
