Like Land Surveying Blog, Waiter Rant is a blog about someone's job. I like that niche. People's jobs are interesting.
I especially liked the posts about waiter gear, going to work after a break-up, and waiter who moonlights as a parking meter attendant. When a customer stiffs him for the tip he calls a friend and gets the guy's car ticketed.
