I'm watching the new Battlestar Galactica on the Sci-Fi channel right now, thanks to Will Collier's recommendation. So far, so good. If they develop the characters this could be a good show.

Dunno if you saw the mini-series that preceded the new series but it was pretty good too. Plus, you know what's going on now.

There is a lot more drama than the 80s version.They got rid of the metric time.(Centons and Yarns), and that damn robotic dog.

Also, cheap cyclops CP3O ripoffs don't say "By your command" in the tracheotomy voice. They now have sexy robot women that snap baby's necks and act sad about it.

They also changed almost every character's age, gender, and ethnic group. Everybody has a personal problem. Cancer, alcoholism, hallucinations, being a closet cylon, you name it.

However, I miss Lourne Green. Frack!
