Blogging > Light Posting Day

Not much posting today. Everything I did post was stuff that I already had in the can ready to go. I'll do the Wisconsin vote fraud stuff later.

The reason for light posting? Last night at work we had another company over for an after hours X-Box social. We played Halo 2 with two linked X-Boxes and projectors. (It was going to be three X-Boxes with 12 players, but a group splintered off to play Madden football.) I didn't leave until 9:00, and I've stayed after hours a couple times this week practicing, so I'm behind on blogging.

I'm not a big gamer, but Halo 2 rules.

For the record, I attribute all of my success in Halo to the Stadium Pal. I am all about no interuptions.

I wondered why you were walking funny.

I found a summary of Halo 2 weapons yesterday. Here's all of the keypad controls (tells how to switch grenades) and tips 'n' tricks from Bungie.

I didn't realize Bungie made Halo until last night. They made a FPS on the Mac called Marathon that I was playing a decade ago.

Did all work cease and desist when I left? I mean really? Doesn't anyone sit at home learning several different languages at once like I do anymore? Video games? Really?

It's mostly just playing videogames niw, except for Wednesdays when we go the spa for mud baths.

I second what Les said. I pretty much just play video games as well. However, I can speak Gungan and Wookie.

What's suprising here is we are being somewhat judged by a guy who wore a Mighty Mouse shirt to a meeting with the president, CEO, and CTO of the company.

Teddy was also the leading voice behind the campaign for "No Shirt Thursdays."
