June 09, 2005Blogging > Comment Spam on Draft Posts!I ran into something weird just now. I was in the blog's administrative interface and noticed a spam comment. Subject line was "create a website." I deleted it, then when MovableType re-directed to the post the spam comment was posted to, I noticed it didn't look right. The post was just a URL, and I realized it was a draft from 2003 that I never finished. Someone posted a spam comment to a draft. How does that work? Posted by lesjonesComments
It could have been just hitting random IDs and MT isn't smart enough to realize the article isn't even published yet.. Posted by: Chris Wage at June 09, 2005Maybe that's it.
