Scripps has purchased comparison shopping site Shopzilla for $525 million. I didn't realize it, but Shopzilla is the number 2 comparison shopping service. The number 1 service is Shopping.com, which eBay purchased for $620 million last week. According to this WSJ article, Scripps employs 1300 people in Knoxville.
