The Silences invited some bloggers and newspaper people over last weekend for a get together, so all the girls got to have a play date.

That's the Uncles' baby, Junior (she's anonymous just like dad), Katie, and the Silences' baby, McKinley. Age range is from nine to 15 months. That's a big difference right now, but as they get a little older the difference will level off and they'll probably be in the same grade.

Dang-three litte girls, all right close to my (male) Junior's age (16 months).

And he's already a huge flirt. I'll try to keep him away until ya'll teach them girls how to a) shoot; and b) administer a good backhand slap to the face.

Not that he'll do anything deserving of either, if the Missus and I do our jobs right.
