I came up with this crazy idea a while back called "Fitness Blackmail". As you may know, I am always coming up with crazy schemes, this one is no different.

The idea is, you take an out of shape shirtless (for dudes) or bikini-clad picture (for the ladies) of yourself and upload it to a service I made up called "Fitness Blackmail" for a cost of about 15 dollars. On a specified date in the future, usually 3-5 months, the service reveals said picture to a number of undesirable entities such as friends, enemies, an ex boy/girlfriend that you hate, your livejournal, the public fitness blackmail website, e-mail addresses you have specified, and possibly even snail mail addresses that would receive 4x6 glossy printouts of the picture you have submitted. Basically, you get to plan your own funeral!

Absolutely no matter what happens, the picture will go out. This puts you under the gun to rectify the situation before the deadline! Then, on the deadline, you can simply offset the pain by posting your progress.

Jay made himself the first blackmail victim. One of his crazy schemes will take off one day.
