East Tennessee > Greenbelt Extension and Pedestrian Bridge over 129
New pedestrian bridge over Hwy. 129.
The pedestrian bridge will stretch over the U.S. 129 Bypass from an area between the Alcoa Municipal Building and the Louisville Road intersection and connect the eastern section of the 11-mile city greenway system with sections planned for the Louisville Road and St. Ives/Northwood sections of the city.
