In all seriousness, I wanted to read it- I'm still forming my opinion of blame, in the events that have recently unfolded.

Blame?

Rumour has it that we'll see Mother Nature doing the perp walk shortly.

As to who put her up to it, well, opinions are still fairly evenly divided between Dubya/Brown/Rove and Clinton/Clinton/Nagin.

Not many folks appear ready to embrace the radical view of the disaster put forth by Mr. John Bender of Shermer High School: "It's an impefect world; screws fall out."
