Via Michael Silence I found out about KnoxMenus, an area restaurant guide. The Northshore Brasserie menu looks good. So does the Richmont Inn in Townsend, which I had never even heard of. There's also a Polish/Hungarian place in Oak Ridge and two soul food restaurants in Knoxville that I didn't know about.

Yeah, I've been using KnoxMenus all summer. Don't know what I did without it. And I *highly* recommend the Polish restaurant. It's very easy to miss, but that would be a huge shame.
