And I thought I was the only one who liked that sort of thing. Mark Rose likes it, too. Start here and go here. That picture above is the Manchester County Courthouse. Mark has lots of other interesting photos of rural Tennessee. I liked this shot of a TVA steam plant in Stewart County.

Big fan of the Historical Markers. Annoys my wife when I pull off the road to read them.

I ought to mention that even when we take two cars somewhere (like on our occaisional drives down to Chattanooga) I will stop at the markers and she wont and yet I will still beat her by an hour or so cause I don't stop to eat OR stop to fill up gas everytime the tank gets to 1/2 full
