Funny Ha-Ha > He Has His Own Brand of Beef Jerky, Too

nugent-glock.jpgAfter Stuart Pimm published Balance of Nature? I asked him how many books he had written. As I recall the answer was three or four. I acted disappointed. "Oh, really? 'Cause you know Suzanne Somers has published like eight." You've gotta keep book writers from getting the big head, ya see.

The next time I use that line I'm going to replace Suzanne Somers with Ted Nugent. According to Amazon he has five books in print now, with some people saying that Blood Trails II: The Truth About Bowhunting is the greatest book ever written in the English language.

Admittedly, "some people" is me and I've never read it.

Bonus in the CONUS - The Nuge is planning a vegan cookbook.

I still haven't forgiven Ted for Damn Yankees.

I used to sell t-shirts at the Knoxville Colisseum. The only time I ever saw Nugent on stage was at a Bad Company/Damn Yankees show in the early '90s. He was shooting Saddam Hussein with a compound bow even back then.

To have hands large enough to comfortably grip a Glock 20...

And check out the trigger discipline on the Motor City Madman.

He's apparently a big 10 mm fan. That's probably a model 20 Glock.
