Guy goes to a circus. Towards the end of the elephant act he sees his law school classmate dressed in a clown costume and following the elephants, shoveling up elephant shit.
He catches up with his friend, exchanges a few pleasantries, and says, "Uh, hey... we could use a lawyer with your skills at my firm. We pay top dollar and in a few years you could make partner."
His friend replies, "What, and give up showbiz?" *
