Katie is one smart kid. I took out the garbage this morning and when I came back inside she had gotten a new trash bag out from under the sink and dropped it in the garbage can.
I told Melissa, and she mentioned something I didn't know about. When Melissa was pregnant with Natalie, she'd point to her belly and tell Katie that her sister was in there. Katie would put her head on Melissa's belly and say "baby." Once Natalie was born we showed her to Katie, who pointed at the baby, and pointed at Melissa's belly. She's never again put her head on Melissa's belly. She knows the baby came out.
Katie is 21 months old.
