One of those quickie shops where you get your oil changed. It's usually a little iffy as to whether they actually put oil back in your engine or replace the oil cap or drain plug.

From unfortunate personal experience...
No kidding - my sister lost an engine that way. Ever since then I always check the oil level before I leave on of those places.
I haven't caught them forgetting to put the oil in, but once time I found the oil cap laying on top of the engine.
Never had any problems like that at an oil change parlor, but my dad had an import the dealer for which failed to tighten down the cap for the cartridge oil filter. He noticed the oil pressure wasn't coming up before any damage was done.
