Translation: The Grammy people hate George Bush even more than they hate country music. Apparently the last time a country album won album of the year was 1968, for Glen Campbell's "By the Time I Get to Phoenix."

No,it means country music simply isn't very popular...and doesn't sell as well as other forms of music..
