December 03, 2007A&E > Hello Gordon, Hello SumnerSayUncle had a funny post the other day, changing the lyrics to "Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh" to comment on a news story. I've had the lyrics on my mind the last few days. Hello muddah, hello faddah This morning the "Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh" melody was swirling around in my head and I realized you can sing The Police's "Wrapped Around Your Finger" to the same tune. You consider me the young apprentice P.S. - A dozen years ago at a Knoxville Symphony Orchestra pops concert the conductor introduced Dance of the Hours as the song used as the music for "Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh." The tune came first, the song came later. Posted by lesjones | TrackBackComments
