Dan Riehl and National Review have the story on Mike Huckabee's clemency for a four time DUI offender whose wife gave his campaign $10,000 in the six months leading up to the announcement. The donation was unusual in size (for Arkansas) and because it was given outside of the campaign season or any active fund raising campaigns.

LATER: And just to pile on, Huckabee was less-than-fully-honest when we said he had a theology degree. And there's the "women must submit graciously" bit that will play well with some evangelicals but won't play well with the majority of Americans who don't live their lives by scripture.
