East Tennessee > "You've got your pubes in my taco." "You've got your taco in my pubes."

WBIR - Taco John's employee charged with felony for food adulteration:

A fast food restaurant worker is accused of tainting a police officer's tacos. Erik Joshua Ellis, 21, is accused of putting pubic hair in tacos served to a Morristown Police officer. Ellis was working at the Taco John in Morristown.

Lieutenant Dan Cliff found hair in one of his tacos, check the other, and found hair there as well. His partner, Sergeant Nathan Antrican, asked who made the food and was informed it was Ellis. According to the police report, Ellis admitted putting hairs in the food.

Ellis was arrested and is now charged with adulterated food, a Class E felony.

LATER: So I gotta wonder. Did Ellis add his secret ingredient to the taco because he knew a cop was going to eat it, or is there a little bit of Erik Joshua Ellis inside every Taco John's customer? Also, does he take a little baggy of pubes to work every shift or does he make them fresh to order?

That's interesting. There's an old urban legend about employees crapping in the taco bell meat, and then serving it to the public.

Of course, I'm really thinking what the officer needs to do for revenge is kill the kids parents, make chili out of them, and serve them to the kid. The coup de gras could be getting his favorite band to show up afterwards and laugh at him for being a cry baby ;)

I am under the assumption the young man was high on the pot. Probably laughing as he did the deed. Considering the punishment of a Class E felony below and life long title I bet he wishes he got caught striking one up in the parking lot by the same po-po.
CLASS E FELONY

For a Class E Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $50,000, or imprisonment of up to 15 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender, the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony conviction.

Put pubes in a guys taco and get convicted = no guns for you & always having to check the "yes" box for "have you been convicted of a felony?"
Among other things.
