HOV Positive - a vehicle allowed to use the HOV lanes (High Occupancy Vehicle lanes) in traffic-congested cities like Los Angeles, Atlanta, or D.C. Typically a motorcycle, hybrid or electric vehicle, or an ordinary vehicle with multiple passengers.
