This is Natalie's first favorite word. Pig. She shouts "pig!" when she sees one in a book or movie. (For new readers of the blog I should probably mention that Natalie is 19 months old.)

Katie, our three year old, has a new favorite word. "Super fast." I heard her say it when she was racing around the house on her Winnie the Pooh mobile. I didn't know why she was saying it until she asked me to read her her new book, Little Pea this weekend. Little Pea likes to roll down the hill "super fast."

Katie also loves the word "kinda." She was fiddling with a complicate desk lamp with counterbalance weights and different pivot points and said "this lamp is kinda strange."
